Fantastic pass through dishwasher made specifically for Venue's with demanding commercial volumes of cleaning required. This machine comes with one open, one pegged plate rack & cutlery basket. What makes this machine different from its Evolution counterparts is Three standard cycle options and extensive range of special cycle options. GLASS cycle automatically changed parameters to suit glass washing, LONG cycle for intensive wash or for glass renovation, SANITISING cycle balances wash time and temperatures to achieve a standard rating of AO 30, GREEN cycle for economy, reduces water consumption and operates with lower temperatures and ACT extremely intensive cycle for the dirtiest products by running two complete cycles

Cycle times can vary from 90 to 715 seconds, which is great if you want to be energy efficient throughout the day.

Partial double skin reducing noise and heat loss.It's Suitable for hot (max 50°C) or cold water supply at 2 to 4 bar dynamic supply pressure. This machine can be fitted to a cold water supply however when fitted it will not be capable of running repeated short cycles but the cycle time will automatically be extended to allow recovery of correct operating temperatures Wash Temperature at 60°C (adjustable) and rinse temperature at 78°C (adjustable)
